Protocol Communications Management Limited Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification
Protocol Communications Management, a leading provider of design, marketing, communications, design, print and fulfilment services today announced that it has achieved the International Quality Standard (ISO 9001:2000) certification following a rigorous assessment of its processes and procedures and how they are applied on a day-today basis.
Protocol has been awarded this accreditation by NQA for meeting the guidelines set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation. Protocol was evaluated on its commitment to continuous quality management and improvement of its operations.
“We know from client feedback that we have made significant progress towards achieving our strategic objective of ‘continuously improving the quality standards across the whole of Protocol.
This is the culmination of many months work for a business which has been running for less than 3 years. Reaching the ISO standard, and achieving the award on our first assessment, is a testimony to the robustness of those processes and the enormous work that has been undertaken. I would like to thank all of our staff who have worked hard to achieve this award. I would also like to thank Gordon Davidson of Solutions for Quality, who specialises in this field and supported us with help and advice through the ISO process.
The rationale behind achieving this standard was to ensure that all of our clients get the highest quality service from us.”
The ISO certification supports Protocol’s corporate objectives, while reinforcing a culture of excellence. As Protocol continues to expand in markets around the country, the ISO quality framework will assure customers that they will continue to receive the highest quality products and consistent service which they have come to expect from Protocol.
