Protocol Acquired by eaga plc
Protocol Communications Management, a leading provider of marketing, communications, design and print services today announced that it has been acquired by eaga plc.
eaga plc is a green support services company and the UK’s largest residential energy efficiency provider, established in Newcastle in 1990 and operates across the UK , the Republic of Ireland, India and Canada. It employs over 4,500 people, working in partnership with central and local Government, all six major energy suppliers, local authorities, social housing providers and is increasing its share of the private consumer market.
eaga has made a positive difference to over 5 million households across the UK, by installing energy efficiency insulation and central heating. Protocol who have worked with eaga since its formation in 2006 and have delivered innovative print and communication solutions in targeting the more vulnerable in society has joined the eaga Specialist Business Services (eSBS) division.
The acquisition will allow both eaga and eSBS to strengthen its supply chain and will allow for a more robust delivery method for our customers.
